The Office of International Affairs is looking for Student Assistants!
Gain hands-on experience in:

✔ Event coordination

【申請條件】 Requirements

  1. 態度主動積極、細心負責，願意服務與學習。
    Positive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  2. 具中英文基本溝通能力；若會其他語言更加分！
    Basic communication skills in both Chinese and English are required. Additional language abilities are a plus.
  3. 熟悉 Word、Excel 等文書軟體。
    Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
  4. 具責任感，能主動溝通，願意接觸不同文化與國際交流事務。
    Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and an interest in intercultural exchange and international affairs.
  5. 若具設計、攝影、剪輯或社群經營能力尤佳。
    Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, or social media management is preferred.

【工作時間】 Working Hours

每週至少可排 2 個時段（上午或下午），實際班表可再協調。
Applicants should be available for at least two shifts per week. Work schedules are flexible and can be arranged according to availability.
上午時段 AM Shift：09:00–12:00
下午時段 PM Shift：14:00–17:00
若辦公室臨時有活動或業務需求，可視情況協助延長工讀時間。
Additional working hours may occasionally be required for special events or office needs.
預計可於 2026 年 8 月 31 日當週開始上班。
Selected applicants are expected to begin work during the week of August 31, 2026.

【工作待遇】 Salary

依工讀時數計薪，每小時新臺幣 196 元。
NTD 196 per hour.

【特別提醒】 Important Notice

若為境外學生，請務必確認已具合法工作資格，並須持有效工作證後方可聘用。
International students must be legally eligible to work in Taiwan and hold a valid work permit before employment.

📅 預計於 2026 年 8 月中旬安排面試（可視情況採線上或實體方式進行）。
Interviews are expected to be conducted in mid-August 2026 (online or in person).

【錄取通知】 Selection Process

書面資料審查後，符合條件者將以電子郵件通知面試時間。
錄取結果將另以電子郵件通知。
因申請人數眾多，僅通知進入面試及錄取者，未獲面試或錄取者恕不另行通知。
After reviewing all applications, shortlisted candidates will be contacted by email regarding interview arrangements.
Successful applicants will be notified separately by email.
Due to the number of applications received, only shortlisted and successful candidates will be contacted.
