Visitation from Department of Trade and Industry Philippines

Maria Teresa Landicho, the Division Chief of the Department of Trade and Industry in the Philippines, brought a delegation from the Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. to visit TNUA’s Department of Animation on March 13, 2026. The visit focused on artistic exchanges related to the animation field. It was coordinated by Prof. Joanne Chao, Chair of the Department of Animation, who shared insights about the department’s animation direction, background, courses, animation festival, and future plans.

Meanwhile, Prof. Yatin Lin, the Dean of International Affairs, introduced TNUA’s 7 different schools and 1 program, including the international partnerships, and international student admissions.

We also want to give a big shoutout to our 6 Filipino students from the Studies of Arts and Creative Industries, TNUA—Balderia Paolo Guanzon, Hannah Kayreen Molina Aliwate, Ilagan Jet Robinson Lagasca, Compuesto Mary Grace Castillo, Magat Rafael Dela Cruz, and Pacres Adrian—for joining this visit! Their energy and enthusiasm truly brightened the day. They introduced themselves in a way that allowed the guests to get to know them deeply. Their contributions helped foster a joyful atmosphere, making the visit even more memorable for everyone involved! We also hope to see more international students coming to study at TNUA in the future!
